Synopsis

The course "Materials Technology" is one of the most important courses in the field of engineering, especially in materials engineering and materials engineering. This course provides an in-depth understanding of various aspects of engineering materials, including the properties, characteristics, use and processing of materials in the context of engineering and machine component design. This course is designed to provide engineering students with a solid foundation of knowledge of engineering materials. Through this course, students will learn about various types of engineering materials commonly used in industry, such as metals, polymers, ceramics, composites and other materials. In addition, students will also study the mechanical, thermal, electrical and chemical properties of these materials, as well as how these properties affect the performance and application of materials in the context of mechanical engineering.

Dr. Winda S. Slat, S.ST., M.Eng, Manado State Polytechnic

Dr. Winda S. Slat, S.ST., M.Eng, graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in the Department of Manufacturing Engineering, Bandung Manufacturing Polytechnic in 2001, graduated with a Masters in the Materials Engineering Study Program, Gadjah Mada University Yogyakarta in 2010, and graduated with a Doctoral Degree in the Study Program Mechanical Engineering, Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta in 2019. Currently he is a permanent lecturer in the Applied Undergraduate Study Program in Mechanical Production and Maintenance Engineering, Manado State Polytechnic. Mastered courses in Materials Technology, Chemical Engineering, Machine Elements and Manufacturing, also active in research and community service activities at Manado State Polytechnic

Pangow, S.T., M.T, graduated with a Bachelor's degree in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Sam Ratulangi University Manado in 2000, graduated with a Master's degree in the Mining Engineering Study Program, Bandung Institute of Technology in 2006.
