Synopsis

Industrial Control System is one of the main competencies in the electrical engineering department, where this competency is expected to support the Microcontroller and Interface course, and is expected to contribute to increasing the reader's understanding in implementing microcontrollers and interfaces in the field of industrial control systems. Where this course describes the process of utilizing microcontrollers in control and monitoring systems that support their implementation in Smart Home systems. In order to achieve competency in the field of industrial control systems, the materials taught in the microcontroller and interface course include: introduction to controllers and their programming, as the main system in designing a Smart Home system; interface techniques between controllers and control equipment in Smart Home systems, as well as case examples of controller application in Smart Home systems.
